Commissioned for a client’s cottage rental in Homer, Alaska, this unique porthole features custom oak trim designed to mount the piece securely to the wall. The porthole includes a functioning deadlight cover and measures 16.5″ in outside diameter. The fused‑glass artwork is installed directly over the original porthole glass, allowing natural light to pass through and illuminate the design.
